Hi! My name is Virginia Cattolica and I’ m from Rosario, Argentina. I’m a teacher and translator of English and I got my degrees at Olga Cossettini Institute from Rosario in 2004 and 2019. I also have a degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language (2006). I have a BA in English Language and Literature from University of the Latin American Educational Centre (2011) and a Diploma in Human Rights from the University of Economics and Social Sciences (2023) from Buenos Aires. Besides, I have a Master in Cultural Studies from the National University of Rosario (2020) and I’m currently doing a PhD in Advanced English Studies in Linguistics, Literature and Culture at University of Coruña.
I love teaching English and I’ve been doing it for the last 20 years, first to children and teenagers at schools and private institutes and then to adults at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities and at the Faculty of Agronomy where I am the Head of the English Department since 2022 from the National University of Rosario. I’ve been working at Mary’s Institute since December 2023, and I love it!
